History and Core Values

Since its establishment in 1994, RSP LIM Construction has maintained its definition of quality as doing things right the first time. Now, the company has a massive workforce of competent and loyal employees abiding by a rigorous culture of quality, which inevitably pushed the corporation to be associated with the country’s top three developers: Ayala Land Inc., Filinvest Land Inc., and Megaworld Corporation.

RSP LIM’s triumph is borne out of the able stewardship of its General Manager, Engr. Rogelio SP. Lim. In 1989, at the age of 28, he was the youngest recipient of the Presidential Silangan Award for Outstanding Government Service. This same level of excellence, backed by an equally dedicated workforce, helps steer the company to steadily climb the growth ladder.
